Update 3
Hello everyone! We at Driftwood Games have a big update to present to you all today!
This update will include a gameplay demo that showcases our current levels and the new working right gun that sets the player as the pivot point for an object. We will also be showing the introduction of fall damage, and some screenshots of our next level.
First up is the gameplay demo
As you can see, all current levels up to 4 are completable, although not without some challenge. We're very glad we were able to finally show some gameplay, and we hope to have even more impressive things to show you in the future.
Next up is the fall damage
We're still tweaking the fall distance to trigger the damage, but for now it will just show the player that maybe they should be more careful with their grappling.Here are some screenshots of level 5, the next level
As you can probably tell, level 5 will feature have the player grapple to a sphere that is raising and lowering. We still need to finish and implement the level but we're hoping it will be even better than the previous ones.
Finally we'd like to announce that pausing the game will now actually pause the gameplay, and the setting menu now allows the player to change their resolution in-game.
That's all for today, this was our biggest update yet, we're proud of all the work we put into it, and we plan to continue this pace for our future updates as well.
